The Print-on-Demand Reality
Because every Suit Coat Ninja piece is made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing errors, or change-of-mind situations. Please check the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering.
What We DO Cover
Quality issues or defects. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a clear manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at suitcoatninja@gmail.com with: your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We'll get a replacement in production within 1-2 business days.
Wrong item sent. If you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send the correct item at no cost.
Damaged in transit. If the package arrived obviously damaged, photograph it before opening if possible, then contact us. We'll work with the carrier and get you a replacement.
What We DON'T Cover
- Buyer's remorse or general dissatisfaction
- Ordered the wrong size (size charts are on every product page)
- Color appears slightly different than your screen (monitor variation is normal)
- Normal wear and shrinkage (follow care instructions to minimize)
- Issues reported more than 14 days after delivery
