Production & Shipping Times

Suit Coat Ninja is a print-on-demand brand. Each piece is made to order — nothing is held in inventory, which means every shirt, crewneck, and hoodie is produced specifically for you.

Production time: 2–7 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping time: 3–5 business days after production is complete (US orders).

Total order-to-delivery window: 5–12 business days for most US orders.

Larger orders, custom regional variants, and orders placed during holiday season may take slightly longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping (US): $6.00 flat rate per order
Free shipping on orders over $75

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary based on destination. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local mail carrier first — most "missing" packages turn up within 48 hours. If it's still missing after that, contact us at suitcoatninja@gmail.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.

For packages stuck in transit beyond the expected delivery window, give it an additional 3-5 business days before reaching out. Once shipped, packages are in the carrier's hands, but we'll help you track them down.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we can resend it but reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
